Before you buy
How long until my store is live?
10 business days from the day you submit your details — not from the day you check out. Most are done sooner.
Do I need a Shopify account first?
No. We're an official Shopify Partner and we'll create the store for you. If you already have a Shopify account, you'll add us as a staff account so we can build in it.
Do I need a domain?
Yes, you'll need one. If you don't have one, GoDaddy takes about five minutes. You choose your store name and domain — that part is yours.
I don't have a logo.
We'll make you one. Add our logo service for $99. It takes about a week and runs alongside your build, so it doesn't slow you down.
Can I switch to a different store template?
Yes, before we start building. Contact support and we'll swap it. It won't reset your timeline.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds during the build. After handover, the store is yours and you can change anything you like.
What isn't included?
Custom development. You're getting our template, professionally built with your branding — not custom code, custom sections, or new page types. Once the store is yours, customize it however you want.
Do you offer refunds?
Not on custom-built stores or custom-printed branding. That's why we don't finish a build or print a single bag until you've seen it and approved it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the United States only. If your customers are outside the US, we are not the right fit today.
Do I need an LLC or a business license?
You don’t need one to get started. An LLC, a business license, and a sales tax permit are all recommended when starting any business — not just a hair business — and you can set your store up while you sort that out.
Am I competing with other Dropship Beauty sellers?
Yes. We won’t pretend otherwise. Hair is a multi-billion dollar industry and you are competing with other sellers in it — including some of ours. What decides who wins isn’t the catalog, it’s what you build on top of it. Your own photos and videos, your own reviews, your own audience, your own voice. People buy from people they like. The sellers who treat this as a real long-term business and keep making the store theirs are the ones still here in a year.
How the money works
Do I have to buy any inventory?
No. You never pay for a bundle until a customer has already paid you for it. No minimums, no upfront stock, no boxes in your spare room.
How do I actually make money?
Your customer pays retail on your store — the full amount lands in your Shopify payouts. We charge you the wholesale price after the sale. The difference is yours.
Who decides my prices?
You do. The app has a price multiplier, so you set your margin across the whole catalog at once. Most sellers land somewhere between 1.6x and 2x wholesale.
What does shipping cost?
We charge you $6.95 for standard shipping and $24 for FedEx Express. What you charge your customer is entirely up to you — some sellers pass it straight through, others build it into their product price and advertise free shipping. There is no way around the cost itself, only around who visibly pays it.
What does the app cost?
30 days free, then $19.99/month or $199.99/year. Your Shopify plan is billed separately by Shopify.
I already have a Shopify store. Do I need a website from you?
No. Install the app on the store you already have, import the catalog, and start selling. The website packages are for people starting from nothing.
The hair and how it ships
What kind of hair is it?
100% human hair, sourced from India, China, Mongolia, Burma, and other Southeast Asian countries. Virgin hair is our standard — good quality at a fair price. Our Raw hair is top-tier and will last through multiple installs if it’s cared for.
What ships while I wait for my branded packaging?
Branded packaging takes 3–4 weeks to print and arrive. Until it lands, your orders ship in plain black silk bags. You are never blocked from selling.
What happens if something goes out of stock?
Inventory syncs daily from our warehouse to your store, so a sold-out product stops being sellable on your site before someone can buy something we don’t have.
Your customer and returns
Will my customers know you exist?
No. Your store, your branding, your packaging, and a return address with no connection to us. That's the entire point.
What if a customer says their order was wrong or empty?
We photograph every order before it ships. You'll have the picture.
How do returns work?
Your customer sends it to our dedicated return address, which isn't tied to our company. We inspect it and document it with photos.
What happens when my branded packaging runs out?
We'll tell you before it does. Your kit covers about 50 orders and lives at our warehouse under your branding number. Reorder and we'll restock it.

Who do I contact for help?
Questions about your website or Shopify itself go to Shopify's 24/7 support — you get that included with your plan, and they're good. Questions about the app, your catalog, or an order come to us.
Why don't you have customer testimonials?
Because our clients pay us to keep their supplier confidential. If this page were covered in client logos, you should be asking why we're willing to expose them.
