How do I process my orders?

Once you receive an order in your store, all order data will be sent to the Dropship Beauty app for processing.

First, log into the Dropship Beauty App.

Next, go to the “orders” tab.

You will see all pending orders in this section. Click “view order” to further review the order before you pay the dropship cost.

Once you pay for the order, the same order will transfer to our shipping system for processing.

The order will then move to the “paid order” area, as it will await for a shipping status.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not make any edits to an order from your Shopify account AFTER it has been paid for on the app. The app will automate all tracking number and shipment updates for all processed droship orders. Any edits to the order from Shopify (specifically its fulfillment status) will result in internal errors in our shipping system.

 

After the order has shipped, our system will update the Dropship App. Your order will then move to the “fulfilled” section.

At this time, the app will also send the tracking information to your store, and your Shopify account will also update the order as “fulfilled“.

The Shopify system should automatically email your client with their tracking information from your store.
