Can I change the name of a product before they ship to the customer?
Yes. You can!
Customers are able to edit the product name with their preferred choice. We can then ship the item with such request. To do so, edit the “product title” of an item on your “import list“, BEFORE they import to your store.

If you already transferred our items to your online store and would like to change the product name, you must re-import them to change the name effectively in our system. If you need help, click here for more information.
