I received a tracking number but it was not scanned until the next day.
This scenario generally happens when we ship packages AFTER our daily scheduled pick-up has arrived.
To explain in more detail, the postal truck generally arrives around 3:30 – 4 pm. Our team will get all the currently packed items out for delivery.
The staff will continue to package late orders until their daily hours are completed. It’s important to get ahead on orders for the next day and to ensure all packages are shipped on schedule.
