If I don’t have custom branding yet, how are the products shipped then?
If you do not have any custom branding with us currently, the following items will be shipped with no logos or company brands attached to it. Below are more specifics of the products and how they are shipped without branding.
- Hair extensions will be shipped in a standard silk bag.
- Closures, frontals, and wigs will ship as is.
- Lashes will ship in a clear acrylic case with a silver glitter background (5D lashes will specifically ship in a holographic paper lash box)
- Hair accessories such as the edge control, lash applicator, and the new hair growth serum will ship out as is with no company logo.
Also, the packages will ship with the customer’s invoice that contains an itemized receipt of what the customer ordered. It will contain our return address, which is an undisclosed address. Since it is a secret address, it will not reveal who your vendor is. This return address is required in case a customer needs to return a package back to us for either an exchange or refund.
