My customer said they received the wrong item or something was missing.

There are two scenarios where this could be true. Either the dropship team made a mistake or the customer is trying to pull a fast one.

If you read our document on how we Physically Ship Orders you will see that a photo is taken of each order right before shipping. This will give us a good idea on which one of the two scenarios would be correct.

If it’s your customer trying to pull a fast one, then we will have to work on this together. This is VERY RARE but it could happen. Each situation is different and has to be handled case by case.

Dropship Beauty will take full responsibility if a package was shipped incorrectly. We will get the correct product/products out immediately to your client. A return shipping label will be included for the return of the package.
